But these dreams rarely come true for children who are hearing- impaired, blind or visually-impaired. Because their disability restricts them so much that they cannot learn and develop like healthy children at a &#8220;normal&#8221; school &#8211;   and thus prevented from realizing the future they wish for.<\/p>\n<p>The foundation is currently building two new schools for these children.
