34th Vienna Motor Symposium
From April 25th to 26th, 2013 the 34th International Motor Symposium took place in the Hofburg Congress Center in Vienna.
The International Vienna Motor Symposium is not only the international industry specialist meeting worldwide, but also a promising large-scale congress for further optimizing of the powertrain with a wide range of technologies.
HERZOG INTERTEC, together with DSM Engineering Plastics and Werner Bauser GmbH, once again presented the live test stand at the trade fair. The visitor could experience the running properties between steel and plastic gears. The real-time measurement data was clearly displayed on the large screen. Here, the plastic gears are convincing in direct comparison with conventional steel gears with less weight and a significantly improved noise behavior.
