Christmas donation 2019 to MiKaDo e.V. and HELP for Children
Our Christmas donation this year went to the neighborhood help MIKADO e.V. and to the children’s aid project HELP for Children in Villingen-Schwenningen.
MiKaDo helps elderly and/or disabled persons, care-providing relatives, families and single parents as well as in emergencies of everyday life.

The principle concern of the Prevention Office Help for Children is the protection of children from violence and sexual abuse. In most cases, sexual abuse already takes place between the ages of 5 and 10. With its children’s learning coloring books “Together against child abuse”, Help for Children specifically targets kindergartens. Help for Children aims to motivate teachers and parents to start early on with the prevention of sexual abuse of their children.
Children’s learning coloring books have been created in close cooperation with psychologists and teachers and provide clear, meaningless pictures. This way, the children learn to resist unpleasant closeness in a playful and age-appropriate manner. The safest way to protect our children is to make them strong enough to say NO.
